Beginnings

theWild was founded by experienced consulting executive Andrew Blackmore. The reason was simple - global firms have gotten too big. Instead of empowering their talent, the firms themselves have become an additional burden, standing in the way of excellent client service and creative solutions.

For Clients

Our value proposition is simple by design: focus, agility, and empowerment. We won't be the right partner for everything, and that is by design. These core principles allow us to bring true expertise to each client engagement and tailor our delivery to your needs.

We'll let you know if we aren't the right partner for you while doing our best to connect you with someone who is. We will work to earn your trust with every interaction, even if it doesn't align with our commercial interests.

For Consultants

We have a similar focus for our consultants. We hire problem solvers and provide them with modern tools and the training necessary to help you succeed with your clients. Most importantly, we provide the transparency for our staff that larger firms can't (or won't). Understand where your career is going, how your pay works, and how we're all incentivized so everybody is on an equal playing field
